When I was a kid...I would sometimes cheer for Canadian athletes when there wasn't any Americans to cheer for.
I grew out of that.

I will admit, I haven't been a fan of Ricky S the last few years (or ever really). But I have been placed on his mailing list, probably because I was on another, and he ended up with my name. I have never bothered to respond to his emails, until I got the most recent; one where he compares himself and his campaign to the Steelers. I had to respond:
I had "Super Bowl A" posted two days ago, but it vanished...because this website sucks. To summarize, I hope the score is 42-12, so I win a lot of money.
Apparently the city of Pittsburgh wants the city to be trashed (moreso than it already is). They've decided to close down bridges so people can't get home tonight, inviting everyone to stay out and party, tip cars over, burn couches, or anything else.
If one more person asks why I can't just root for the Steelers temporarily, I'm going to punch them in the head. If you're seriously asking that question, you're not a real football fan. I can be happy for my FMTFN, and my brother, but I'm not going to celebrate with them. And after this week, my FMTFN should prepare herself for a lifetime of annoying Browns fight songs. I've endured three lifetimes this weekend alone.
